Research Analyst- Partner in Training

The analyst will work alongside the managing partners to research public companies and find sound investment ideas. In order to evaluate potential investments, the analyst will build and maintain financial models, review public filings, investigate relevant industry trends and competitors, conduct valuation comps write investment briefs and presentations, perform company & industry due diligence, and participate in meetings with management teams and industry participants in person and at industry conferences. 

The analyst will also have the opportunity to participate in operational, legal, and client interactional aspects of Cleveland Capital. 

In order to succeed in the role, the candidate should be bright, intellectually curious, analytical, humble, have a positive attitude, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Bloomberg is a plus. 

Salary, bonus, and participation in carried interest will be commensurate with experience.
