Our client is a highly reputable private equity firm boasting impressive performance for their investors. A senior position within the Company Valuations Analytics team has arisen which will appeal to Private Equity Fund Accountants, Valuation Analysts or Auditors with Private Equity exposure.
The Associate will work in a senior capacity reporting directly to the Head of Company Data and Valuations responsible for managing & overseeing team workloads, reviewing and checking valuations performed by the Team Analysts and managing the audit process for valuations.
As a senior member of the team, you will assist the Team Manager with day to day workflow management for the team and provide sign off for fund valuations with involvement in the end to end process. In addition, this role will assist with the production of valuation papers for various Valuation Committees and will also attend these meetings with close interaction with the investment teams.
A large part of this role will include coordinating fund audit processes from a valuation team perspective and will act as first point of contact for external Auditors. Working closely with the Team Manager, the Associate will represent the team on companywide projects, will be tasked with identifying and implementing process automation and enhancements for the team.
To be considered candidates will be degree educated or have a related financial qualification (Accountancy, CFA or IMC) with strong technical skills with emphasis on Fund of Fund private equity valuation techniques, accounting and data reporting.
