Company Description

Our client is a global hospitality group. Continue expanding their business, they are looking for a high caliber to join their Corporate Development team as Corporate Development Manager.

  • Assess and create or develop business cases and investment proposals for divisional and corporate projects
  • Examine and coordinate business plans, inspect plan assumptions, and identify and resolve any issue that may arise
  • Analyze new investment and business opportunities through valuation models
  • Evaluate cross-company activities for best-practices efficiency opportunities
  • Develop and implement a model or methodology that maximizes lost profits
  • Record, interpret, and report financial information in support of general business operations and long-range tactical plan functions
  • Prepare materials for senior management presentations for the board of directors, and also assist with the preparation of annual reports, financial statement forecasts, and variances
  • Produce ad-hoc analysis, research, financial report, and progress reports to senior management
  • Train managers and directors on the budget process

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a quantitative discipline from a reputable university.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, financial modeling and excel skills.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and accuracy in financial analysis is a must.
  • At least 4 years' experience in finance or business analytics fields, with solid exposure in corporate finance transactions and or multinational corporate environments. Fresh graduates with exceptional academic performance and able to demonstrate exceptional business thinking will be considered.
  • Growth mindset, negotiation skills and strong team spirit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
  • CFA or CPA is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
