Conduct Ostrum Asset Management credit research proprietary process. The right candidate will have firm convictions, displays strong logic and judgement, values fundamental credit research and acknowledges the value added of ESG elements integration.

In more details:
  • You will provide in- depth credit analysis on companies, comprising the review of both financial and sustainable "ESG" items, preparing detailed financial models and the writing concise reports,
  • You will be required to have a current view on each company you are responsible for. As such you will know which companies we should invest in, and which ones we should avoid,
  • Work as an industry expert, since industry knowledge is the cornerstone of our research process. Provide industrial review or specific studies in relation with SRI (sustainable responsible investment) business lines upon demand,
  • Interact with portfolio managers to ensure a fluid flow of information. Clear and articulated communication,
  • Participate to internal meetings and committees,

As an active member of the financial services group, you will share on an ongoing basis industry and specific company knowledge as well as best practice.

  • * Confirmed experience (more than 5 years) as a financial analyst on financial institutions,
    * Graduate from one of top business/ engineering schools or universities with specialization in finance,
    * CFA charter holder is highly valued,
    * Excellent understanding of credit risks, accounting standards and financial markets,
    * Communication skills: able to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing,
    * High level of independency, initiative and reliability,
    * Ability to work in tight deadlines, new issues/ issuers environment. Be able to identify priorities, handle multiple constraints and most of all, prioritize risks,
    * Excellent team player [with team members, peers, manager and clients]. Be willing and eager to share knowledge to the benefit of the whole financial institution group,
    * Fluent in English. Working language is English.
