ROLE RESPONSABILITIES
Associates are dedicated to supporting the efforts of the Liquidity Solutions client relationships team, plan and execute strategic business initiatives and expand the franchise by:
- Providing the technical link sales and portfolio management with additional responsibilities across the development of broader liquidity product strategy (e.g. new product developments, launches, changes to existing products).
- Being as client-facing subject matter expert as it relates to global liquidity products and strategy.
- Engaging with industry peers, regulators and organizations on regulatory developments for money funds globally and contribute to input for consultations, workstreams and market developments.
- Producing educational material and white papers on market trends, technical aspects and new products for dissemination to global clients.
- Ongoing research of peers and market trends, including: competitor information, industry product launches and country- and sector-specific developments.
QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Basic Qualifications
- Preference for degree level education (or equivalent).
- Preference for a minimum of 3 years' investment industry experience.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Strong preference for market intelligence / insights and/or product strategy role experience.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build trust and confidence of colleagues, strengthen relationships through ongoing dialog and interactions, and present to internal. stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong project management skills; ability to work under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines.
- Creative, innovative, and proactive.
- CFA studies beneficial but not essential.
