Finance Manager, FP&A, FinTech

We are now seeking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for the company to provide timely management information and value-added financial analysis.

Role Responsibilities

• Be part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to support management on annual budgeting process, rolling forecast and monthly variance analysis
• Responsible for all month end closing activities at the group level to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely submission
• Regular review of financial statements and management reports of our business units and ensure they are in compliance with the Group's policies and guidelines
• Responsible for full set of financial statements of the group and its subsidiaries, including maintenance and reconciliation of accounts and balances and preparation of statutory accounts and financial reports
• Provide value-added financial analysis and timely management information
• Be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of FP&A reports including management reporting deck and forecasting model
• Identify performance drivers for both revenue and expenses and highlight any business risks and opportunities
• Compare and analyse business performance with competition landscape and recommend correct measures and action plan
• Work closely with business teams to ensure accurate and relevant KPIs can be timely provided to management

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in FP&A and/or business planning
• Preferable to have experience in banking and/or retail banking
• Strong Academics from a reputable University and degree holder in Finance or Accounting
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA
• Team oriented with strong sense of accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent in Excel Modelling, Data Analysis and knowledge of SQL / SAS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
