The University of Kentucky Endowment ($2.1 Billion as of June 30, 2021) is an aggregation of funds comprised of gifts from donors and grants from the Commonwealth of Kentucky with the requirement that they be invested in perpetuity to generate a reliable and steadily growing revenue stream to support the mission of the University now and in the future. The University of Kentucky Investment Office is in search of a Senior Investment Analyst to support the continued growth of the endowment to support the University’s mission.
The Senior Investment Analyst will assist the Chief Investment Officer and other members of the UK Investment Office in overseeing the day-to-day management of endowment assets. This is a hands-on position that covers all aspects of the investment function, and the successful candidate will have broad experience in institutional investment management. This role requires the ability to analyze and distill a large volume of data, exercise independent judgment, and create high quality deliverables in a timely manner. The Senior Investment Analyst will assist in managing relationships with endowment service providers, including investment managers, consultants, and custodians. This individual will play an active role in the sourcing and monitoring of investment managers and in maintaining research to support portfolio management decisions.
