We offer wholesale banking products and services in Hong Kong. To cope with our business growth, we are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join us as Risk Officer in Hong Kong.

Job Description:
  • Prepare daily risk reports for liquidity risk oversight;
  • Assist to monitor various risk exposure of the Branch;
  • Ensure the Branch's overall framework for risk management is appropriate and is consistently applied with regards to the business activities;
  • Participate in market, liquidity, asset & liability management, and non-financial risk management;
  • Support the Head of Risk Management on RCSA exercise including risk identification, quantification, and monitoring for the Branch;
  • Coordinate Operational Risk event collection, enhancing the data quality of event data and review of the events and monitoring on the action plan status;
  • Support the usage of ORM tool and prepare the tracking report to Management;
  • Support the Risk policies and governance's documentation;
  • Assist to coordinate and prepare material for Risk management topics in various Risk Committees;
  • Ad-hoc request to Non-Financial Risk Management activities and initiatives.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar subject;
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., FRM, CFA, CIA, etc.) will be an advantage;
  • At least 2 years working experience in Risk management or Control Function, preferably in financial services;
  • Exposure in various risk types particularly Non-Financial risk, liquidity risk and market risk is preferred;
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment;
  • Good communication skill and be accountable to the resolution of risk and issue, with least supervision;
  • Self-motivated and able to perform with a team, with can - do attitude;
  • Able to multi-task in a complex and changing environment;
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
