Position Description:

Looking for a career paralegal or secretary with strong administration skills to work in the Alternative Business' Legal department on a medium/long term basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in transaction closings and documentation for PIMCO's alternative funds
  • Arrange execution of various documents after obtaining appropriate sign offs internally
  • Maintain records and databases of regulatory and legal matters
  • Assist with compliance related tasks, logs, lists and trackers
  • Assist with departmental projects
  • Understand, manage and improve transaction-related processes


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Secretarial or paralegal experience
  • Interest in the financial services sector
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Highly organized
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Possess exceptional oral, written and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently on complex tasks
