Job Summary:
The Principal, Product Management role is responsible to drive growth in our Corporate Trust business, across one or more of our product segments in conventional and structured debt products.
Product management / development experience within financial services or capital markets. Ideally within Corporate Trust, but not required.
Financial markets knowledge a must, direct experience in debt capital markets and / or qualifications such as CFA.
Experience working on developing digital products for financial services would be very beneficial.
Candidate will need to be able to be able to take an idea from conception through to implementation. This will include:
Candidate will also be responsible for a set of existing products and will be expected to be fully aware of all market developments and be able to share their insights both internally and externally through multiple channels including conference speaking, white papers / thought leadership, blogs and social media.
The ability to work with clients and the front office to both position existing products and solution for new products is key. Client focus is a must.
Bachelors' degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
Demonstrated success as a Product professional in financial services highly preferred.
Experience in Product Management, operations, client management preferred.
MBA or CFA preferred.
Product Leadership Certification preferred.

- Developing an expert understanding of our markets, clients, products and operating model;
- Designing the solution / product from a business, technology and risk perspective;
- Employing influencing skills to marshall buy in and resource to support the product development through a structured governance model;
- Driving the various stakeholders through the product development lifecycle, launching the product and working with marketing and the front office to position the product in the market.
