Job Details
Job Responsibility:
- To undertake the compilation, maintanence and updating of data/ statistics on funds, stocks and indices
- To facilitate the Shariah stock review process by compiling and presenting the required data/ information to assess the Shariah status of a stock
- To prepare investment-related reports
- To facilitate the data/IT-related requirements of the department
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Business Studies/ Finance/ Administration
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in an asset management company/ stockbroking firm or research/ data department of a financial institution
- Proficient in MS powerpoint and good at conceptualising visuals
- Strong analytical skills and good aptitude for dealing with statistical data
- Good command of spoken and written English, while proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of utilising the Bloomberg Terminal will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates or applicants without relevant experience but with strong academic credentials and a positive work attitude will also be considered
