In this role, the Engagement & Change Projects Manager will work within the Leadership & Organizational Development team to help implement a holistic employee listening strategy, and incubate and deploy various ad hoc talent development projects. This includes end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, change management and communications.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Learning team and the Global People Services Team to ensure the delivery and exceptional execution of a fully integrated talent development strategy that facilitates the opportunity for our employees to lead and manage optimally.

This role reports to the Senior VP of Leadership & Organizational Development.

Position Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee engagement
•Act as a member of a cross functional team implementing a holistic employee listening strategy
•Act as L&OD SME on employee listening and engagement process, partner with stakeholders to advise on core and ad hoc organizational surveys
•Create frameworks for firm-wide or business-specific action plans based on survey results, work with HR partners to implement with accountability
•Advise and consult with HRBPs and functional leadership on employee engagement, survey results and action planning
•Partner with Workforce Analytics to measure and report on employee engagement through ROI metrics, KPIs and data analytics
•Partner with Inclusion & Diversity to incorporate I&D in data gathering, analytics and action planning
Projects
•Incubate ad hoc talent development requests, deliver highly tailored solutions with the potential to be scalable across the organization
•Develop and implement solutions that leverage, align with or enhance existing products,
•Project manage initiatives with input from key stakeholders
•Areas of focus will include, but not limited to: inclusive leadership, diversity and inclusion training, business-specific leadership development, team offsites and development activities relating to strategic organizational activities (e.g. return to office, benefits training, I&D training, etc)
•Work with HR Functional Partners to ensure L&OD strategies are embedded in broader HR processes (e.g. recruitment, compensation, etc)
•Support L&OD commitment to continue refining processes and programs with Inclusion & Diversity considerations as a critical component

REQUIREMENTS
•Demonstrable track record of success at top professional services organizations
•Result driven and passionate about talent development
•Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end, taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic with changing workloads
•Experience supporting cross-functional teams, successfully partnering with multiple stakeholders, influencing and communicating across multiple offices
•Experience working autonomously to produce results
•Demonstrated ability to interpret quantitative or conceptual situations, draw conclusions from data and translate into strategy and action plans relevant to the organization
•Broad knowledge of employee engagement and change management processes, procedures, best practices and resources
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include written, oral, listening, and presentation, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment
•Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism
•Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
•Experience with Glint and/or Workday favorable
