In this role, the Leadership & Management Development Manager will work within the Leadership & Organizational Development team to conceptualize, develop, and implement holistic blended learning solutions for our firm wide leadership and manager development strategy. This includes needs assessment, training strategy and curriculum development, identifying effective delivery methods, sourcing and managing external consultants, driving adoption across the firm, and assessment and measurement of results.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Learning team and the Global People Services Team to ensure the delivery and exceptional execution of a fully integrated talent development strategy that facilitates the opportunity for our employees to lead and manage optimally.
This role reports to the Senior VP of Leadership & Organizational Development.

Position Requirements:


•Collaborate with Senior VP L&OD to drive continuous improvement of firmwide leadership and manager development strategy
•Design and develop engaging, impactful and diverse learning experiences to improve leadership and management capabilities, partnering with vendors and/or internal stakeholders
•Create supporting materials including socialization decks, resource guides and communications
•Select and manage external vendors, facilitate internal stakeholder and subject matter expert input into design process to drive products relevant for PIMCO
•Drive end-to-end project planning of design and pilot of new leadership development products; coordinate and facilitate solutions to keep programs on track
•Measure and report on program impact and effectiveness through ROI metrics, KPIs and data analytics
•Advise and consult with HRBPs and functional leadership on requirements, evaluations and business-specific leadership development needs
•Manage internal stakeholders including Senior Program Sponsors, program participants and HR colleagues
•Act as a resource for colleagues and partners as SME regarding leadership development
•Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to deliver programs that facilitate the execution of strategic priorities
•Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges, address promptly and work to identify and deliver solutions
•Support L&OD commitment to continue refining processes and programs with Inclusion & Diversity considerations as a critical component


•Demonstrable track record of success at top professional services organizations
•Result driven and passionate about talent development
•Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end, taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic with changing workloads
•Experience supporting cross-functional teams, successfully partnering with multiple stakeholders, influencing and communicating across multiple offices
•Experience working autonomously to produce results
•Demonstrated ability to interpret quantitative or conceptual situations, draw conclusions from data and translate into strategy and action plans relevant to the organization
•Broad knowledge of leadership development processes, procedures, best practices and resources
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include written, oral, listening, and presentation, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment
•Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism
•Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
