We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Fiduciary Investment Advisor.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Fiduciary Investment Advisor to ensure proper and smooth implementation of the fiduciary investment policy and procedure
  • Assist Fiduciary Investment Advisor to conduct trust investment review meeting by performing various investment monitoring, identifying any exceptions and analysing the investment data
  • Assist Fiduciary Investment Advisor to document the findings and prepare the Trust Investment Review Committee report for the meeting and inform relevant parties the action items arising from the meeting and follow up on them accordingly
  • Perform periodic due diligence review on investment firms which are not on the list of the HSBC approved fund management groups
  • Liaise with relevant teams to ensure that Investment Performance Review and Concentration Risk Review health checks are performed and exceptions and variances are reviewed and issues resolved
  • Liaise with relevant teams to carry out ad hoc investment related projects
  • Assist Fiduciary Investment Advisor to provide consultation to the staff in setting up the investment objective and guidelines and liaising with investment advisors and managers with regard to the procedure
  • Assist Fiduciary Investment Advisor to provide general guidance to staff on assessing the potential risk of certain investment products and its impact on the overall trust asset allocation

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting or relevant disciplines
  • Prior work experience in trustee, investment or risk management
  • Accountancy, Tax or Investment professional post graduate qualification
  • CFA holder and membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners preferred
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, ability to read and write English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
