Job Ad Introduction


Ronesans Gayrimenkul is targeting to recruit a Corporate Finance Supervisor to be based in the headquarters in İstanbul with the following qualifications.


Duties and Accountabilities

  1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  2. Preparing and updating the long-term (5 years) business plans;
  3. Assisting to the management of relations with the external stakeholders (IFC, GIC, lenders, etc.) about the changes in the future outlook;
  4. Preparing and updating the group presentations to be utilized for business
  5. development and/or financing activities as well as for keeping the various
  6. stakeholders (financial institutions, insurance agencies, etc.) up to date;
  7. Providing in-house financial feasibility assessments for new projects with an
  8. independent perspective;
  9. Conducting in-house valuation/due diligence/research studies for mergers,
  10. acquisitions, exits, or reporting/accounting purposes;
  11. Coordinating the external advisory processes including but not limited to valuation or due diligence activities;
  12. Monitoring and reporting financial risks and implementing hedging strategies via
  13. derivatives;
  14. Analysing and reporting the financial performance of the potential partners for
  15. construction/investment opportunities;
  16. Conducting market, industry and peer researches;
  17. Closely following the financial performance of subsidiaries and ensuring the efficient use of financial resources
  18. Fulfilling ad hoc analysis or report requests of the President or the BoD members for various purposes.


Selection Criteria

  1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in BA, economics or engineering from a reputable
  2. university (having an MBA is a plus);
  3. Being a CFA Charterholder or a candidate is a plus;
  4. 4 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, project finance or similar fields;
  5. Experience from advisory departments of international consultancy companies (such as Big 4), investment banks, financial institutions, M&A houses, multilaterals or similar
  6. institutions;
  7. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  8. Strong project management skills,
  9. Ability to maintain and develop complex financial models and presentations;
  10. Ability to deliver high quality work within deadlines under demanding environments;
  11. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
  12. Sufficient technical knowledge in accounting, tax, IFRS, financial analysis, valuation,
  13. debt structuring, and etc;
  14. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  15. Strong inter-personal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing;
  16. Willingness to travel, i.e. no obstacles for travelling within Turkey or abroad.
