Fast-growth, venture-backed fintech is seeking an experienced and talented Director of Finance to join their team. This business-critical role requires a high performance FP&A professional with deep understanding of SaaS platforms.
The Director of Finance will be responsible for a broad remit, including:
-Managing the FP&A function, including analytics, budgeting, forecasting and performance;
-Building a robust finance function to include cutting edge dashboards and tools to deliver insightful analysis;
-Partnering with key senior management to drive strategic business decisions;
-Driving key operational efficiencies and processes;
-Day-to-day team management.
The successful candidate should have the following:
-10+ years experience in financial planning and analysis;
-Experience in Big 4 and growth tech/fintech preferred;
-SaaS experience required;
-Strong process engineering and optimization skills;
-Experience leading annual budget and forecasting process;
-Systems implementation;
-Technical toolkit, to include: Alteryx, Excel/VBA, Tableau;
-Strong project management skills;
-People management experience;
-Outstanding analytical and modelling ability;
-Big picture, strategic mindset combined with rigorous attention to detail;
-Bachelors in accounting, finance, economics or math strongly preferred; Advanced degree a plus;
-Professional qualification, ie: CPA or CFA welcome.
