A private debt fund is looking to appoint a portfolio monitoring analyst into its middle office team based in Central London.

The firm has enjoyed significant growth over the last few years, and AUM has doubled in this time to more than $4bn. Consequently, the need for a new analyst has arisen, joining a close-knit and supportive team of five, ultimately reporting to an experienced portfolio manager.

Day to day responsibilities are broken down into four key areas, including portfolio monitoring and analysis, production of quarterly valuations across the portfolio, assisting with financial due diligence and undertaking pipeline and dry powder analysis.

The organisational culture is relaxed, and the firm now operates a hybrid working model, with working from home on offer at your discretion. Compensation is competitive, paying anywhere from £35,000 to £45,000 depending on your level of experience partnered with a discretionary bonus based on personal and fund performance. Moreover, all the usual benefits are on offer, including private medical etc.

The position is suitable for someone who has around 18 months to 2 years of experience in a financial analysis driven role, ideally within private debt although other asset classes will be considered. It is also highly beneficial if you are a part qualified accountant and there is study support on offer for your chosen qualification and the CFA.

Apply online for immediate consideration or get in touch directly with Thomas Davenport at Eames Consulting for more information.
