Vice President, Investment (PE Firm)

About Our Client

Our client is an Unicorn Private Equity firm in Hong Kong. They have are focusing on new economy, real state, health care etc investment portfolios. Due to their business growth, they are currently looking for a Vice President, Investment to join their team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for prospective investment opportunities, including conducting market research, performing fundamental analysis and constructing financial models
• Lead end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, post-acquisition integration plan, transaction document negotiation & drafting and closing.
• Manage and work with external advisors where relevant
• Contribute to internal approval and reporting process by drafting investment memo/investment analysis report, communicating with & managing internal stakeholders, presenting to management team and following up comments.
• Work with both internal and external parties for post-acquisition management and integration implementation.
• Support investment origination by keeping track of industry trends, updating potential acquisition list and building sector knowledge & network overtime

What We Are Looking For

• Professional qualification such as CPA/CFA/CAIA preferred
• A minimum of 7 years experiences in reputable private equity, corporate development (M&A focus), investment banking or corporate finance advisory firms.
• Proven track record of overseas M&A/portfolio management/ build up a fund would definitely advantage
• Strong research, financial modelling and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
• Candidate with more experiences also considered as Director/ Senior VP
