We are recruiting a Associate for a Venture Capital, located in Lisbon, reporting directly to the Executive Board.

Descrição

• Analysis and preparation of financial investment models;
• Preparation of intermediate and final investment reports, as a recommendation;
• Digital monitoring of the financial progress of the various investments;
• Management of the relationship with the various stakeholders involved in the processes, such as lawyers, banks, real estate developers to provide an overview of the acquisition process.

Perfil ideal

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar;
• Real Estate Background will be valued;
• + 4 years of professional experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and financially modeling so we can track: Potential investment; The Benchmark some nearby rental yields; The Track overall investment of around €100m per year over 80+ transactions.
• Solid with PowerPoint to visually convey information;
• Results orientation and creativity in financial analysis;
• Team Worker.
