We are recruiting for a Client Analyst to support the consultant team, complete quarterly and monthly investment reporting, participate in client meetings and provide day-to-day client support.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Consultants to provide service support functions such as portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance, and client/prospect meeting preparation
  • Act as the liaison between the consultants and the custodians or investment managers
  • Prepare all paperwork necessary for clients (new account opening, custodial contracts, manager forms, transfer forms, termination letters for legacy managers, and other various authorizations)
  • Manage general client account inquiries including maintenance requests, charitable gifting, required minimum distributions and address changes
  • Assist in client/consultant requests in trading Mutual Funds, ETFs and Stocks
  • Raise cash from investment managers
  • Facilitate cash disbursements including wires, journals, moneylinks, and security transfers
  • Run quarterly client reports
  • Work closely with consultants and partners in operational projects focusing on automation, efficiency, scalability of services, and risk controls

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-5 years experience in the financial service sector or an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and react to change positively
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work directly with assigned clients, internal Client Relationship Managers, and developers
  • Progress toward CFA, CFP or CIMA certification preferred
  • Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with ReportDesigner, Investforce, and Black Diamond
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to generate new ideas and recognize the need for new or modified approaches
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results driven, self-confidence, trustworthy and resilient
