Job Details
The Collateral Management Team delivers high-quality marketing collateral to enhance our global marketing and client development efforts. The team partners closely with product strategy & marketing, client coverage, portfolio managers and client reporting & analytics teams to deliver
high-quality, compelling marketing collateral that best reflects our investment teams, products and firm. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a global team focused on supporting marketing and sales efforts through content generation and production. The successful candidate will ensure that all marketing collateral is updated and managed properly, fosters collaboration and engagement across regional teams, continually seeks out opportunities to improve the quality of content and build efficient processes, and works closely with sales and investment teams on materials for client opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a global team responsible for the production of the firms marketing collateral
- Manage a monthly production process of pitch books, factsheets, commentaries and other documents across our fixed income, equities and multi-asset class platforms, administering controls to assure accuracy and quality of content
- Drive discussion with investment teams and marketing teams on messaging in product materials
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and long-term projects to enhance systems and processes, and manage vendor relationship
- Enhance efficiencies of production through use of automation and best in class sales enablement tools
- Promote collaboration, communication and work-ethic within the team, while promoting the profile of team more broadly
- Strong focus on stakeholder management and foster partnerships with investment teams, legal/compliance, marketing and client coverage
- Responsible for all hiring, training and career development of employees
Qualifications:
- Managerial Experience, 5+ years managing a team in the asset management/ financial industry, global experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business. MBA preferred
- In-depth understanding of marketing materials and metrics utilized across products in various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, multi-asset class and alternatives
- Experience with marketing and sales enablement systems/tools
- Proven track record of leading projects to completion, establishing frameworks and standing up processes within an organization
- Experience with marketing compliance process management and regulation. FINRA 7,63,24 registration preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced PowerPoint skills required
