What you will be responsible for
As Analytics Client Service Specialist, you will
  • This Analytics Client Specialist role works closely with our clients to improve the client experience by providing valued solutions in a proactive way.
  • You will also be working with internal teams such as the Client Service team, Relationship Managers and Global Delivery Organization to provide analytics solution to our clients.

What we value

  • Client relationship and servicing for analytics related solutions
  • Client engagement with product solutions and analytics thought leadership
  • Provide in-depth value add investment analysis and technical support to clients
  • Lead virtual teams through client onboarding and project initiatives
  • Understand client reporting needs and make recommendations on best use of technology
  • Manage document maintenance on scope of service, procedures, risk assessments, contacts and deliverables
  • Governance role on service delivery

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • University degree qualification (post graduate degree and/or a CFA®, CIPM® or CAIA® an advantage)
  • 2 - 4 years' industry experience, preferably in investment analytics that includes:
  • Demonstrate understanding on Investment guideline and investment compliance monitoring (investment limit, allocation, credit quality monitoring..)
  • Interpreting and articulating investment performance, attribution and ex-post risk results for a diverse range of portfolios to clients
  • Understanding of investment data requirements to produce analytics accurate results
  • Experience with asset management / asset servicing.
  • Understanding of performance and attribution product trends, including models and GIPS®
  • Client Relationship and problem solving
  • Experience in Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) is a plus.
