Director, DCM

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for debt capital market business, including but not limited to deal origination, transaction execution, e.g. structuring, documentation, roadshow arrangement, book running, deal settlement, and syndications/ sales, etc. with appropriate instruments
• Explore, negotiate and liaise with potential investors for financing transactions; Provide advisory services to clients on strategy and capital structure based on market dynamics and clients' needs;
• Support credit rating advisory works if and when necessary
• Perform various marketing activities for promoting the DCM activities, i.e. roadshow to potential clients; Provide market update to team members and senior management, and analyze market development
• Work closely with professional parties (including lawyers, auditors, rating agencies and other professionals involved in the deal process) and ensure timely and quality execution of DCM deals
• Coach and lead junior DCM members on daily works

Job Requirements:

• Master graduate preferred; Bachelor Degree holder with outstanding academic background;
• Professional qualification such as CFA an advantage
• Minimum 8 years relevant DCM experience gained from reputable financial institutions
• Strong analytical skills, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Strong personal integrity, initiative and creativity;
• Good knowledge of credit analysis, Asian credit markets and developments
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
