Description

• Preparing high quality materials including pitch books and committee papers
• Undertaking fundamental credit analysis, due diligence and negotiating term sheets and loan documentation
• Taking ownership of the financial model, including LBO modelling
• Proactively enhancing customer satisfaction and advocacy
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the bank, as well as external clients and advisors to successfully execute transactions in a fast paced and collegiate atmosphere

Profile

We're looking for someone with a strong interest in Leveraged & Acquisition Finance excellent analytical abilities, overlaid, with strong commercial acumen in order to proactively solve complex issues.

You'll also need:

• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in influencing colleagues and stakeholders o A practical understanding of and experience applying risk management disciplines
• Unparalleled attention to detail and the ability to work to tight timescales
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to drive forward work streams of a transaction
• A CFA or ACA is desirable
