Description of the role

In this role you would be a member of a global product team, within Treasury Services, responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy in the region for FX and Multi-Currency Payments. The role will provide you with exposure to senior executives in the organization including reporting directly to the Global Head of Multicurrency and FX Payments.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Create and execute strategies to grow and enhance SmartPay Global product performance and profitability across multiple regions and client segments
  • Develop an in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of our products, services and clients
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop business cases for investment
  • Use your in-depth knowledge of the market and expertise to create a roadmap for our products incorporating new value -added features
  • Leading/manage new product enhancements from development to launch and commercialization
  • Develop accurate and insightful product content and collateral
  • Drive business and pipeline growth by supporting deal structuring, sales training and delivering solutions to solve client needs
  • Collaborate with our Markets FX Payments team to deliver a seamless FX payment experience to our clients
  • Engage in programs to identify, address or mitigate product risks
  • Play a leadership role in the payments industry


As a member of the team you must have:

  • Have a deep understanding of cross currency payments and the payments industry
  • Have a proven and have a track record of developing and managing products
  • Be action, client and goal oriented and ready to meet or exceed targets
  • Willingness to go above and beyond and be highly collaborative
  • The ability to lead others outside the team as well as leading and contribute to team initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and able to get your message across succinctly
  • Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and challenging the status quo
  • Up to date knowledge of the payments landscape and industry environment
  • The ability to influence and persuade and solve problems
  • Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies
  • An inclusive mindset and be willing to invest in your own and other success


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • Prior experience and knowledge, and a strong track record of driving growth in the Multi-Currency and FX payments business
  • Strong project management, marketing and selling skills
  • Prior experience in Product Management, people management and/or Sales preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required Advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • 12 plus years of total work experience preferred
  • MBA or CFA preferred
  • Product Leadership Certification preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
