Financial Valuation Manager/Senior Manager

We are currently seeking experienced professionals for our Financial Valuation and Energy & Infrastructure practices. The experienced valuation professional will be part of a team that provides valuations of businesses, equity and debt instruments, and intangible assets for use in financial reporting (IFRS and FASB), personal and corporate tax reporting, financing, restructuring, and matters of dispute. Assignments include transaction advisory, Fairness Opinions, and Solvency Opinions.

Most engagements are referred to us by accounting firms, law firms, financial institutions, wealth managers, and past clients.

Founded in 1932, Marshall & Stevens’ clients include Fortune 500 corporations, middle market companies, private equity firms, SPACs, law firms, accounting firms, lending institutions and governmental agencies.  We work with domestic and international companies in a wide range of industries including Agriculture, Cannabis, Consumer Products, Conventional & Renewable Energy, Entertainment & Media, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Hospitality & Gaming, Manufacturing & Distribution, Services, Technology, and more.

Qualified candidates must possess a college degree and a minimum of three years of experience at an independent valuation firm or in the valuation practice of an audit firm. Candidates must be legally permitted to work in the US. A certification from CFA or ASA is preferred but not a requirement.
