Overview of Position 

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for implementing and improving internal processes related to client accounts. Duties may include but are not limited to the following: opening new accounts, managing account administration, monitoring account activity, fulfilling client requests and resolving administrative issues. This client service role is dedicated to ensuring that client activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. It requires a deep understanding of internal systems and the ability to manage client expectations.

  • Onboarding new accounts, identifying potential issues and elevating when necessary
  • Communicating with all involved parties (custodians, clients, referral sources) to resolve account administration issues
  • Creating and maintaining account information in Argent’s CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Managing and coordinating responses to client and/or referral source requests
  • Monitoring account transactions daily, identifying and coordinating any resulting action items
  • Processing changes to account registrations, investment strategy or restrictions in client accounts
  • Preparing client review materials as needed
  • Contribute to the planning process and coordination of recurring client events


  • Experience, Education and Professional Designations
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services or a related industry
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and Advent/AXYS preferred, but not required
