Job Description and Responsibilities

Summit Creek Advisors is currently seeking an analyst to cover small and mid-cap growth equities. We believe the ideal candidate will thrive in a hardworking entrepreneurial environment and share a passion for investing in high quality growth stocks. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conduct in-depth fundamental research on prospective small and mid-cap equities.
• Generate new ideas in the target market cap range.
• Provide ongoing research on existing portfolio holdings.
• Work with portfolio managers on portfolio composition.
• Assist in client communications and marketing.
• Ability to work at downtown Minneapolis location required.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (B.A.). Master’s degree strongly preferred
• CFA Charterholder required
• Ten years of equity research experience. Small and Mid-cap growth experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with FactSet.
