Position Description:

Infrastructure PMO Mission: The mission of the Infrastructure PMO is to manage and coordinate all infrastructure projects and coordinate with the PMO office. This includes timelines, action items, blockers, and coordination across business units as needed.

Main responsibilities:
  • Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of infrastructure projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Manage delivery of assigned project portfolio
  • Business alignment on priorities through proper planning, effective communication, and active engagement
  • Anticipate and manage stakeholders expectations
  • Create transparency, measurability, and accountability to manage program delivery
  • Align development process with project size and business users
  • Champion agile development methodology and frameworks
  • Contribute and share best practices on project management and SDLC principle and standards


Position Requirements:

  • 7+ years of project/program management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Infrastructure project experience is a must
  • Strong program management skill set with experience in managing concurrent multiple large scale projects
  • Proven ability to influence business and technology leaders
  • Demonstrate ability to lead with focus on continuous improvement and change management activities
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communications with proven ability to gain trust from teams and stakeholders while establishing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Actively inquisitive - listen and ask questions to determine and meet stakeholders and development team needs
  • Go beyond normal job responsibilities to ensure commitments are kept and delivered in a timely manner
  • Focus on specific goals, and demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
  • Foster a sense of teamwork, take initiative to assist others when required and/or as needed
