Who we are looking for experienced manager with good understanding of Depositary role. The major focus of this role is to manage Depositary processes delivery from Poland, in line with the company strategy and resources in the Poland location. Individuals must have an understanding of respective depositary regulations and service requirements.

Depositary Services are controlled tasks with responsibility to investors, regulators and clients.
The level of services requires good knowledge and understanding of investment services.
Poland is taking more responsibilities year by year, with the ability to be an active partner within EMEA Depositary change and standardization processes.

What you will be responsible for
Depositary provides comprehensive services to help funds meet the requirements of AIFMD and UCITS directives, including:
Cash monitoring that includes daily monitoring of all cash flows and review of significant cash flow.
Safekeeping of financial instruments in our custody. Can also verify ownership of other assets, by taking advantage of our global sub-custody network
Oversight of the operation of the fund, including valuation, subscription/redemption process, distribution, timely settlement of transactions, and compliance with investment and borrowing power limits

Standardization and functionalization of processes across all Depositary teams within a structure of 350 people, together with other Depositary Managers.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA/CFA qualified or part qualified an advantage

  • German would be an advantage
