Position Description:

We are looking for a creative Associate Producer with hands-on experience in video production and live broadcasting to join our global multimedia team. In this role, you will collaborate on, plan, and execute engaging and compelling multimedia experiences for clients and employees.

Role responsibilities include:
  • Plan and execute internal and external multimedia programs and live/on-demand webcasts; covering brand, thought leadership, product, education, corporate responsibility, and employee engagement
  • Partner with Channel Marketing, Brand, Design, Content, and other stakeholders to create fully integrated client experiences aligned to the global brand vision and local business objectives
  • Coach and direct talent at all levels, including “C” suite level executives, to produce high-quality, authentic, and impactful video content
  • Utilize best-in-class technical practices to communicate the right message, to the right audience, at the right time, in the right way; driving engagement through audio, video, animation, and graphics
  • Oversee vendors and manage broadcasting platforms both locally and globally to deliver programs on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with compliance to ensure all multimedia activity is fully compliant with regulations
  • Measure and optimize the performance of all multimedia programs delivered


Position Requirements:

Candidates should demonstrate their ability to:
  • Lead a large volume of multiple assignments and tasks, collaborate with relevant teams while working under intense deadline pressure and tight budgets
  • Work directly with “C” suite level executives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Create and track budgets
  • Develop and maintain contacts with vendors
  • Work closely with project managers, copywriters, digital and design directors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in animation, interactive and editing computer technology as well as contemporary trends in production design and popular music


Candidates should have a solid technical knowledge of video production to:
  • Oversee post-production, including sound mixes, design, and composition
  • Coordinate with broadcast studio technical operations
  • Editing experience a plus


Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, Video/Film Production, or a related field
  • Minimum four years of professional experience in video production, producing, writing, live broadcasting, executive presentations, and live events
  • Financial services experience helpful
