About Global Investors Services

The Global Investors Services team is responsible for business development and client servicing for global institutional clients, currently located in Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Led by Executive Vice President and directly reporting to Managing Director, Global Investors Services of E Fund, the team consists of members with diversified education backgrounds and working experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for Business Development of our Institutional Clients including but not limited to central banks, sovereign wealth funds and pensions.
• Maintain and develop relationships to existing clients as well as increasing AuM within existing mandates or by cross selling and through outstanding level of client engagement
• Establish new relationships with institutional investors globally and develop potential clients opportunities
• Develop in-depth knowledge of E Fund's investment strategies
• Manage the full sales process including cold calling, client visits, investment presentations, due diligence, closing investment mandates and follow-up engagements
• Tailor presentation materials to suit business development needs
• Partner with other teams in the company including investments, product management, trading and legal throughout the sales process as well as giving client feedback to relevant teams

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience from global leading education institutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• 5 years and above of asset management industry experience (preferred) or general financial services experience.
• Proven track record in participating to finals and winning new business
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven and open-minded
• CFA or other professional financial qualification or equivalent knowledge (preferred)
• Shown list of existing relationships with important investors (preferred)
• Solid understanding of global institutional investor market: key segments, main players, key product interests (preferred)
• Strong investment know-how and high interest with regards to economics, strategies and regulations (preferred)
• Team player with pleasant / friendly personality
