Responsibilities:
Requirements
- Development of new products from concept through to delivery, including market research and peer group assessments
- Technical project management of new product launches, changes to existing funds as well as analysis and implementation of other product initiatives working with wider business
- Ensuring implementation of product-related initiatives is timely and well executed across the business
- Facilitation of ongoing product activities to support business growth, including product re-alignments to ensure optimisation for our clients and annual fund reviews
- Assess profitability of new product proposals and existing products
- Coordination of all types of project including managing and updating plans
- Preparation of project update reports, product documentation and similar relevant literature for internal committees both for approval and developing detailed product specifications and project documentation for product launches, seeking feedback from wider teams
- Keep abreast of product trends in the investment industry though building and maintaining competitor and general market knowledge, as well regulatory developments
- Supporting the Head of Product Development with ad hoc initiatives as required
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years investment industry experience, preferably in a product development and management role
- Experience launching and restructuring UCITS funds
- Knowledgeable of the European funds regulatory environment and structuring of collective investment vehicles
- CFA, CAIA, IMC as useful
- Experience of private equity is useful
- ESG integration experience is useful
