Your area of responsibility
  • Support institutional client relationship managers & sales in acquiring, maintaining and further developing client relations, mainly for DACH region investors
  • Support selected B2B distribution Partners and deliver timely and accurate information packages
  • Prepare, review and update client presentations and quarterly product reports, create new sales collaterals, maintain and update existing product presentations and participate actively in selected client meetings
  • Ensure timely and accurate feedback to client and consultant request by adhering to outstanding quality standards
  • Lead and perform input & content for selected projects assigned by senior management such as distribution strategy framework, reporting framework, product launch life-cycle, performance attribution analysis, competitor analysis as well as various ongoing other projects
  • Act as interface between different functions and teams within EIP and third parties e.g. attorneys and tax advisors to ensure an integrated & coherent client service experience representing first class content and accuracy at the point of client interaction

Your skills and experience
  • Experience within Asset Management and Client Service Management, ideally with a private markets background
  • Good understanding of investments (including performance and risk analytics), the investment process, and the exposure to institutional investors as well as an understanding of private markets infrastructure
  • Self-motivated and passionate character with entrepreneurial mind-set and team spirit
  • Ambition to deliver outstanding service to highly demanding institutional clients
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines in a very dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills combined with eloquent oral and written communication skills in (Swiss) German and English are a must, additional languages are a plus
  • University degree in finance and/or economics and/or equivalent advanced training (CFA, CIIA or CAIA, or progress towards obtaining them), ideally combined with first working experience, preferably in the area of consultancy
