The Central Clearing Counterparty Settlement and International Cash Letter Service product manager leads and defines the development and implementation of our CCP settlement and International Cash Letter products and growth strategy by working with partners across the firm, within our client organizations and across the industry. In this capacity the Product Manager will report to the Head of Global Clearing and Asset Account Services Products and be responsible for the following delivery areas:

  • Design of product strategy for in collaboration with other product line owners within the Clearing portfolio and all adjacent product verticals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive Treasury Services value proposition.
  • Definition and execution of the product roadmap including front-to-back view of the implementation and operating requirements in Treasury Services and Cash Operations in collaboration with stakeholders across other Treasury Services product areas, operations and technology as well as risk partners.
  • Regular and meticulous review and refinement of product risk profile and control processes in close collaboration with 2nd Line of Defense Partners, Cash Operations and other Treasury Services stakeholders including execution of formal product risk reviews.
  • Development, implementation and execution of a financial contribution strategy in collaboration with other product verticals and client management organization
  • Definition, implementation and execution of Treasury Services staff training strategy in collaboration with Product Line owners and other functional areas in Treasury Services

In order to deliver on those objectives the Product Manager will leverage his/her extensive Cash Management experience in Product Management or Business Management functions and resulting in depth business, technical and risk management knowledge of cross-border payments, financial market infrastructure. The Product Manager will also draw from previous experience in managing product or business processes with a higher risk profile and constructively cooperating with 2 nd and 3 rd line of defense functions. He/She will have demonstrated transformational and analytical skills and the ability to engage with broad and diverse range of stakeholders in a high intensity environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree and background in marketing/finance preferred.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Product Management, operations, client management preferred.
  • MBA or CFA preferred. Product Leadership Certification preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
