UOB Asset Management is a leading Asian asset manager with award-winning investment expertise in fixed income and equities. Headquartered in Singapore, we offer global investment management expertise to individuals, institutions and corporations from a regional network spanning Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Japan and beyond. Our comprehensive product suite includes innovative solutions covering retail unit trusts, exchange-traded funds and customised portfolio management services.
Job Responsibilities
As an ESG Investment Analyst, you will conduct ESG research and evaluation of companies, assess their Sustainability profile and conduct engagement with company management to track and monitor their progress in implementing their ESG initiatives. You will be responsible for compiling and preparing an ESG rating for each company under your coverage. You will also conduct fundamental investment research on the companies to complement the ESG evaluation. In addition, you will assist in the team's efforts in preparing presentations, participating in webinars and seminars as well as assist in regulatory reporting requirements.
Job Requirements
You should possess relevant experience in investment research including financial statement analysis, valuation analysis and the ability to make investment recommendations. In addition, experience in conducting ESG research and evaluation will be preferred. Possessing relevant certification eg CFA will be preferred.
