Responsibilities

• Collaborate investment theme and ideas for growth of Structured Products business
• Develop new Structured Products
• Liaise with counterparty for product development
• Review and evaluate the eligible underlying for Structured Products
• Analysis data for business continuity of Structured Products
• Assist to formulate business revenue and be responsible for its related deployment and implementation to deliver sales target
• Drive the execution plan for the launches of Structured Products and the related marketing and promotion programs
• Analyze customer and sales data to derive insights for business growth for Structured Products
• Lead business initiative/projects independently
• Prepare product ideas for Structured Products
• Coordinate across multiple teams for regulatory requirements as the central point of contact and bringing them together to deliver product launch and update
• Partnering with technology to prioritize development work, manage resource allocation, co-ordinate implementation roadmaps
• Prepare market commentaries and engages in periodical marketing promotion
• Prepare product launch including L&C requirement, sales process, counterparty linkage, pricing availability, training, product promotion to frontline, etc.
• Providing regular updates / reports to key stakeholders

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years working experience in banking industry, with good understanding of Investment Products, preferably Structured Products. Degree holder in Finance / Economics / Business Administration, preferred with relevant professional qualification in the Finance or Investment e.g. CFA
• Good organization, detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
• Team player, independent and strong analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
