This global investment manager has an enviable track record across the full private capital spectrum with hundreds of billions of assets under management. They are currently looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join their flagship team in Sydney. The position will assist the Capital Markets & Treasury team with investment and portfolio management activities with coverage of deals across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Credit and Renewable Power platforms.
You will be responsible for assisting with the sourcing of debt capital (bank loans, bonds, acquisition financing including TLB, securitisation, hedging and derivatives products) for a range of transactions including acquisition, refinance and other liquidity requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for drafting transaction presentations and working closely with deal teams in assessing the financial models relevant to debt financing.
With a tertiary degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or other finance related degree, you will have 2-3+ years' experience in either Leveraged Finance, Project Finance or a transaction management team in a corporate/institutional or investment bank or corporate/debt advisory firm. Accounting or CFA qualifications will be advantageous. You must have sound financial modelling skills, a demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and possess outstanding oral and written communication skills.
