Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Handle quarterly valuation analysis and portfolio review for portfolio companies
- Work closely with investment teams and portfolio companies
- Prepare in-depth analysis for LPs and management team
- Preperation of Portfolio investment/exit forecast
- Calculation of management & performance fees
- Budgeting for carried interest
- Financial planning and analysis
- Liaising with third parties e.g. fund administrators, auditors, lawyers
- Financial process improvements
- Other admin/accounting/finance/operations tasks as and when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- CPA/CFA
- 5-8 years' accounting & finance experience in the Private Equity industry
- Proactive & hardworking
- Good communication skills
