General Description

Reporting to the Director of Investment Operations, the Investment Operations Analyst will support various members of the Investment Operations Department.  Successful Investment Operations Analyst candidates will be proactive self-starters with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Processing and overseeing daily investment related cash activity
• Interacting and communicating with PRIM’s Master Custodian
• Entering and edit-checking PRIM’s private investment asset data
• Preparing and reviewing supporting documentation for annual audits
• Assisting with special projects

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years relevant investment operations experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels within an organization
