What you will be responsible for
As Client Manager, VP you will
  • Responsible for all client servicing and cross sell efforts.
  • Prepare presentations and present to clients updates on program and performance.
  • Cross sell new and existing products to clients.
  • Works on projects to help improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • R eview client scheduled reports and help with developing customized client reporting.
  • Produce benchmarking data for clients and research factors impacting clients' lending performance.
  • Addressing ad-hoc queries and working with other Teams within Division to resolve any operational issues.
  • Oversee process to update clients' program parameters on systems and assist in reviewing correct client lending profiles.
  • Working with Global Services and other State Street divisions to address any operational issues or identify potential sales prospects.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Masters of Business Administration or CFA preferred
  • 5-7 years securities lending, custody banking and/or accounting experience. Sales experience is relevant.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, custody banking and preferably the securities lending industry
  • Knowledge of MCH or DML preferred
  • Strong Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of Qlikview or other data aggregating tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • The candidate should have strong written skills and be able to effectively organize and prioritize a workload
