Manager/Senior Manager, Capital Management Division

Job Summary:

Candidate works for the capital management team, primarily involves in the valuation, financial analysis and capital restructuring of the group.

Under the group there are five business areas, including consumer products, healthcare, energy services, urban construction and operation, technology and finance, seven key strategic business units, 19 grade-1 profit centers, one direct affiliate, about 2,000 business entities, and 371,000 employees. In Hong Kong, there are eight listed companies under the group.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Prepare industry and companies analysis reports for the group and its subsidiaries;
• Involve in the valuation, financial analysis and capital restructuring of the Group and its subsidiaries;
• Participate in various corporate finance transactions, including merger and acquisition, asset disposal, IPO and secondary market fund raising activities;
• Provide insightful analytics on financial performance forecast to support business decisions;
• Prepare and review proposals and transaction documents;
• Work extensively with other teams of the Finance Department for certain head office overall financial management functions for the Group.

Job Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in related discipline is preferred;
• HKICPA/CICPA or CFA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred;
• 3-7 years equity research experience with investment banks or professional firms, with Corporate Finance experience preferred;
• Familiar with financial analysis, corporate finance, valuation model, capital market operation, accounting and regulatory requirements;
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English are required with proven track record of strong Chinese writing and communication skill;
• Positions available in Hong Kong.

岗位职责：

• 跟踪资本市场动态，撰写行业分析及公司对标分析报告；
• 对集团及下属业务进行估值、财务分析及参与资产重组；
• 参与兼并收购、资产处置、股权融资等资本运作；
• 对财务预算/预测进行深入分析，以支持业务发展；
• 准备或审阅交易建议，以及与交易相关的资料;
• 与财务部其他职能组同事协同进行财务管理工作。

任职资格：

• 具备硕士或以上学位优先；
• 具备HKICPA/CICPA或CFA等专业资格优先；
• 3-7年或以上在投行或专业机构的证券研究经验，拥有企业金融相关经验亦可；
• 熟悉财务分析、企业金融、估值模型，资本市场运作、会计及资本运作相关法律法规；
• 普通话与英文流利，中文写作及沟通能力较强；
• 在香港任职。
