- Bring the apparel consolidation for business analytics accurately on time by making information comparable & transparent by standardization across the apparel clusters
- Identify the possible transformation opportunities in the Finance function and liaising between clusters in the group, shared service and corporate finance then modeling, developing and implementation of options identified
- Standardization in order to establish the uniformity and reliability in business analysis across the apparel clusters and KPIs across the group
- Provide the expertism in the undergoing ERP transition project in related to Finance function
- Cashflow budgeting and monitoring for the entire ERP project
- Design and development of reliable MIS data base for apparel segment
- Information management role for the external spend saving project handling by external consultancy firm related to Knit Cluster Global
- Bridging gap between IT and existing data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and data driven recommendations and for strategic decision making and business problems
- Provsion of business insights evaluating the data for the business as and when required
