Our client is a multinational logistics company in a set-up moment of a new business unit in Portugal.
Descrição
- Prepare the annual statement of accounting in line with regulations and group policies;
- Prepare the reporting and preparation of yearly budgets and periodical revisions;
- Monitor financial KPI's, ROI, Balance Score Card, Benchmarking;
- Analyse, reconcile, balance, and maintain accounting records;
- Execute month / year end closing activities;
- Advice the management team on financial, tax and VAT matters and ensure compliance with accounting, tax and social obligations;
- Manage the registration, controlling and correct handling of incoming and outgoing invoices and financial information;
- Maintain the ledger, creditors and debtors administration;
- Manage the cash of the Portuguese branch;
- Optimize the financial processes in the Portuguese branch.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar job in a multinational environment;
- Knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Chartered Accountant (Contabilista Certificado) will be a plus;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
- Proven expertise in SAP (especially SAP-FICO) and MS Office;
- Very good analytical skills, hands-on and team player;
- Results orientation;
- Analytical ability and autonomous.
