Performance and Reporting Manager - Private Equity and Infrastructure

The Performance and Reporting Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

• Daily performance calculations
• Managing the quarterly investor reporting process across Infrastructure and Private Equity, covering multiple strategies/geographies
• Tracking and answering investor queries on performance and reporting
• Oversight of administrator's provision of data for inclusion in investor reports
• Understanding and explaining industry performance metrics and benchmarks
• Achieve a detailed understanding of the fund's partnership agreements, operations, portfolio investments and fund performance models in order to deliver accountabilities.
• Mentorship and management of direct reports
• Working closely with the administrators and fund accounting team to ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely and reflects all relevant insight from the wider team

The Performance and Reporting Manager is required to have the following skill set:

• Experience within an Asset Management house is essential
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
• Qualified chartered financial analyst / chartered accountant / equivalent financial qualification with at least 3 years PQE
• Management experience
• Significant fund accounting, audit, analysis, or administration background within Private Equity / Infrastructure
• Highly analytical with prowess for working with high volumes of numerical data
• Report writing skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
