Position Description:

We are seeking a SAP FI/CO VP Manager to lead a talented team of experienced professionals most with over ten years of experience with SAP FI/CO. We seek a candidate with a demonstrated track record of solving challenges in a fast paced complex global SAP environment. This role works with Executive Vice Presidents and their Subject Matter Experts on a daily basis executing, planning and reporting on Projects and Initiatives, with a focus on Change the Business deliverables with high ROI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, lead and inspire a talented SAP FI/CO support team located on and offshore, including people managers
• Serve as the highest level Subject Matter Expert on SAP FI/CO and ECC and future S/4 Hana SAP Applications, also ReadSoft Invoice Management and Concur Travel and Expense
• Oversee business requirements gathering, documentation and delivery to clients. Understand all existing processes as configured, proactively determine and present forward thinking solutions to clients
• Provide input to strategic decisions including SAP Platform Roadmaps
• Report monthly on SAP Platform Run the Business Status and Change the Business Projects and Initiatives to the PIMCO CFO/CIO
• Support as needed of Internal and External special and annual audits

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar. CMA, CPA or MBA preferred
• Deep proven knowledge of Financial Services, and Accounting and Finance disciplines. Certifications and/or degrees in Accounting or Finance also preferred
• Deep proven understanding of Project Management Leading practices including Agile methodologies, PMP and/or Agile certifications a plus
• 10+ years of experience with SAP and Managing SAP Professionals
• Experience with GL/AP/AR and BCS configuration
• Other PIMCO technologies are: JIRA, Confluence, WIKI, Datapipe, Snowflake, PGP, Service Now, BOX, slack, WebEx and the RealTech SAP transport management systems. Experience with these or similar tools is decided advantage
