You will be responsible for the sales growth of the firm's analytics platform solutions in the institutional investment space, including buy-side and sell-side firms. You will report to the Head of Analytics.

What you'll do:
  • (80%) work closely with the Head of Analytics to develop business plans meant to create, coordinate and close sales opportunities of Wilshire's entire suite of analytical products in line with the agreed strategy. Frequent travel is expected within the assigned territory to develop and manage the sales process as necessary.
  • (10%) maintain adequate pipeline, prospect and COI/dabblers reports and deliver these reports as required by the Head of Analytics.
  • (10%) interact with team members on best practices, leads and other team building activities including periodic training exercises. Also build relationships across the firm to support the overall growth of Wilshire's entire platform as appropriate.

What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced degree and/or CFA is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the financial services risk management, performance attribution, portfolio analytics sales industry
  • Extensive experience in product sales
  • Proven track record of successful sales results and growth
  • Familiarity with the marketplace needs and demands
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Demonstration of sales system utilization
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience selling into the insurance channel
