- Managing the quarterly investor reporting process across multiple strategies
- Tracking and answering investor queries on performance and reporting, liaising with appropriate stakeholders as required
- Understanding and explaining industry performance metrics and benchmarks
- Adhere to the FCA's Conduct Rules, understanding that they set basic standards of good personal conduct.
- Oversight of administrator's provision of data for inclusion in investor reports as applicable.
- Annual and Quarterly reporting and review of investor reports to ensure that they are in line with industry standards.
- Working closely with external administrators and fund accounting team to ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely and reflects all relevant insight from the wider team.
- Review and preparation of investor reporting, presentations, and Fund analysis with the assistance of the direct reports and fund accounting team.
- Day to day handling of performance calculations
- Implement and review fund models.
- Review and optimise all processes.
- Performance measurement - Implement Processes to track records and prepare accurate on a quarterly basis.
- Opportunity to assist in fund raising efforts for new fund strategies.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Qualification - Chartered financial analyst / chartered accountant
- Management experience with a track record of successfully supporting direct reports
- Significant fund accounting, audit, analysis, or administration background within Investment Management
- Report writing skills - including fluent command of business level English
- Advanced IT literacy with advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to be flexible to meet tight deadlines
