Product Analyst

Candidates with experience and exposure to UCITS and AIF's will be well positioned for success in this role. Accounting qualifications (ACA), CFA or other equivalent qualifications will also be advantageous.

Key responsibilities and duties include

• Assisting with the structuring, documentation, financial risk modelling and implementation of new and existing funds, across UCITS and AIF's
• Developing and negotiating of fund legal documentation for new funds and amendments of existing funds, including mergers and transition projects
• Assisting with ongoing product lifecycle of funds, including governance aspects, updates for regulatory change and other range enhancements
• Maintenance of technical expertise and understanding of evolving regulatory framework
• Building strong relationships with Product Specialists, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Operations, Investment, Finance and Risk teams

Qualifications, experience and competencies

• 1-2 years of Asset Management experience required
• Exposure to European fund range, product development and management desired
• Accounting qualification or CFA equivalent preferred
• Excellent organisational, project management and inter-personal skills
• Experience of reading and analysing technical, legal and regulatory documentation
• Advanced Excel skills
