SPAC Analyst

Radcliffe Capital is a $3+ billion suburban Philadelphia hedge fund founded in 1996.  We’re seeking an analyst to focus primarily on our dedicated SPAC Fund (possibly the largest in the U.S.).  Candidates need not be familiar with SPACs but must have experience as research analysts and/or investment banking.  The job involves meaningful responsibilities and being trained to analyze SPACs including: reviewing S-1s, taking TTW calls, evaluating sponsor, monitoring terms and trading behavior, and analyzing the merits of announced combinations.  Candidates must have excellent references with strong connections to the Philadelphia area.
